Amber's Story
I felt God clearly call me into full-time ministry. But still, I wrestled with fear, perfectionism, and the belief that I’d never be enough. Choosing to attend Oaks College was a huge leap of faith. Because of my time at Oaks College, my confidence has grown, I've learned to hear more of God's voice, and I've made friendships that will last a lifetime. It was the best decision I've ever made, and I know that the Lord will use everything I've learned through Oaks College for His kingdom.

Ministry Model
Oaks College models its education and ministry training after Isaiah 61. This prophetic passage about Jesus emphasizes three aspects of Jesus’ ministry that we desire for all of our students to experience while fulfilling their ministry call.
Spiritual Formation
At Oaks College, we believe that a student’s success in ministry is directly tied to their spiritual formation. That’s why we’ve created an environment where spiritual growth is not just encouraged but woven into the fabric of our curriculum. Through weekly chapels, small groups, Sunday services, and ministry cohorts, our students are immersed in a consistent path of spiritual development. Our pastors are committed to walking alongside students—offering guidance, encouragement, and accountability—as they learn to apply God’s Word to every area of their lives.
Academic Excellence
Oaks College exists to equip the next generation of leaders to thrive in their ministry calling. Through our partnership with Nelson University, we offer degree paths designed to prepare students for success in whatever field God is leading them into. Academic excellence is a top priority at Oaks College. With structured study halls, bi-weekly grade checks, and ongoing one-on-one support, our students are empowered with the tools they need to succeed academically while pursuing their God-given purpose.
